How it works: We offer certain enrichment activities on the days that are labeled here on our calendar. You can only add activities on these listed days. Please email us which activities you would like to add or let us know when you book your appointment.
If your pup does not participate in the activities, you will be charged for the initial activity attempted but you will not be charged for the remainder of the activities. We will try everything we can to try and engage your pet into participating in activities but while boarding, pups may not be interested if they are anxious or stressed. Please note that if your pup is not highly food motivated, usually these activities are not interesting for pups.
There is no price difference if you bring your own supplies or for multiple pets, all activities are prepared by our staff ahead of time. These are guaranteed activities during your pets stay.
Explanation of activities:
Melt a Snowman: A delicious frozen three-layer snowman made out of plain Greek yogurt ready to be licked.
Lick Mats: Delicious, smeared P.B or Buddy Butter on the mat and they lick and lick till the goods are gone. These can also be frozen for more of a challenge!
K9 IQ puzzles: Designed puzzles with hidden treats inside, your pup will have to use their critical thinking to put together all their senses to get to the treats.
The Kong games: We all know it well, the famous Kong toys filled with frozen beef broth, Peanut Butter or green yogurt.
Flavor Cubes: Frozen beef broth or yogurt treats with treats sticking out to create more challenging activity, your pup will have to maneuver the cube to lick and chew the slippery deliciousness.
